Job DescriptionMy client is looking for a dynamic and experienced manager / management couple to oversee the operations a luxury safari lodge. As the manager / management couple, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of the lodge, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities + Skills
Recruit, train, and manage lodge staff, including front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, and activity teams.Foster a positive work environment, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Education
Create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.Coordinate and manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
