A leading global fintech investor with a clear vision to create a world free from financial borders, fostering prosperity for all, is currently seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Manager who will be responsible for cultivating, nurturing, and enhancing relationships with medium and large merchants, while also achieving annual sales and profit growth objectives. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field and possess a minimum of four years of experience in a key account manager position or in business development. DUTIES:Up-selling and cross-selling a wide range of the Company’s products based on merchant needs and strategic objectives,Developing, drafting, and implementing an action plan that will ensure the achievement and enhancement of annual sales and profitability growth targets,Retaining and profitably growing firm value, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned merchant relationships,Leading a joint planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, wants and expectations and address these facets through the design of customized customer account plans,
