Kitchen Operations Manager needed for Restaurant group in Gauteng. Candidates must have 6+ years’ relevant chef experience. Looking for someone with a hands-on approach – the successful candidate will report to the senior operations manager. General duties include maintaining group kitchen standards and kitchen service levels as well as result reporting.The position is suitable for a self-motivated ambitious candidate who can maximize kitchen potential. Applicants must have extensive experience with food preparation, stock control, quality control, staff management and training. Looking for an individual with a firm management style and comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operation procedures . Must be able to think fast and make quick decisions.
