If you're ready to lead a dedicated team and create unforgettable guest experiences, this is the opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.Lead daily morning meetings and communicate effectively with the team.Manage HR issues, evaluate guest feedback, and supervise Heads of Department.Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, reporting, and inventory management.Be the visible face of the lodge, engaging with guests and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities + Skills
Energetic and hardworking, with excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Education
Minimum 6 years of general management experience in a recognized 4-star hotel or lodge.Strong food and beverage knowledge along with financial management skills.
