Job Description
A beautiful Beach Lodge is looking for a well experienced Lodge Manager to take control of the day to day operations and wow guests with personalized service. (Mozambique Nationals will be given preference)
Responsibilities + Skills
Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Maintenance etc)- can cover any areas that need helpStrong Front office experience- able to do all front office duties from reservations to daily cash up to check ins.
Education
Experience
At least 5 years experience within a 4/5* establishment in a similar role (Essential)Tertiary qualification in Hospitality (Essential for permits)
