We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager for our off-grid paradise known for excellent service and superior diving experiences. This is a single live-in position, and the ideal candidate should have minimum four years left on their passport.Key Responsibilities:Professional Background: Must be qualified in either diesel mechanics, electrical, plumbing, or project management, with at least five - seven years of relevant experience.Personal Attributes:Motivated and driven with the ability to anticipate problems and proactively resolve issues.Capable of working unsupervised and displaying excellent problem-solving abilities.Maintains composure under pressure and possesses strong mentoring skills for staff.
