Purpose:To drive commercial and Academy excellence by the design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximise top and bottom-line results. Duties:To undertake continuous improvement in respect to training requirementsTo maintain a collaborative relationship with 3rd parties and HR training unitsTo design, build and implement an HR training environmentTo develop and maintain training documentationConduct training auditsManage HR training related projects
