Responsibilities + Skills

Education

3 year diploma in Human Resources/Training and Development or equivalent qualifications.

Experience

7 years experience within a Training environment.5 years experience in a Managerial position.Knowledge of policies and procedures.Knowledge of Organisational behaviour principles.
