Entry point for complaints from the Client Care Department (Ombudsman, Internal Arbitrator) Providing technical assistance(non-motor assessing claims) in all matters claims related. Facilitate Claims Committee meetings. Facilitate Rejection letter process. Audit claims to determine training requirements for assessors. Entry point for Claims Technical Advice. Technical support to assessors. Continuous technical and upskilling of Desktop Assessors. To curb LEO (Lost Economic Opportunity) Moderation of building claims above mandate >R30,000.00. On the job peer coaching. Random physical merit check on non-motor Desktop claims. Service Providers Closed Files Reviews.
