We have an exciting opportunity for two highly experienced Operations Managers to join our client’s team at their very fast-paced adventure activity company. We are seeking someone with an adventurous spirit who is ready to take on the challenge of managing a 7-day-a-week operation.As an Operations Manager, you will need to be highly organized and capable of multitasking, with a strong passion for working with people and a keen attention to detail. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a tenacious attitude, and have a proven track record of leadership, you could be the perfect fit for their team.This role will require you to relocate to Plettenberg Bay and Tsitsikamma, two of the most breathtaking locations in the world. Previous experience in adventure activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, ziplining, rafting, or team building, along with a good understanding of adventure equipment, is essential.
