Position Description:Product Quality Assurance ManagerThe opportunity:The Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our product quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process implementing best practice and working collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure our products meet or exceed customer’s expectationsResponsibilities:Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the respective Brand’s goals and objectivesQuality Standards: Establish and communicate clear quality standards, guidelines, and procedures for all apparel products, including fabrics, construction, finishing and packaging
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
A degree or diploma in production management or similar qualification
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the apparel industry, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
