The estate is not only known for its award-winning wines but also for its world-class hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.Position Overview:Our client is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for their esteemed guests. As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, creating a positive impression, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel's front desk operations. This position demands a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse tasks with poise and efficiency. Due to the intimate nature of the property, your role will encompass reception, switchboard and concierge.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.5. Familiarity with reservation software and basic computer applications.
Experience
1. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front desk role, preferably within the 5* hospitality industry. Strong Guest Relations skills are a must.2. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in additional languages will be advantageous.
