All round managerial experience in a luxury safari lodge will serve you well, as you stand in for managers as they go on rotation. The job will never be boring, but will require a strong trouble shooter with great team playing skills!
Responsibilities + Skills
Strong Front Office experience- Reservations and Front of houseHands on in all departments- Oversee and stand in wherever needed, help with all management duties, ie staff, HR, Stock control, Housekeeping and F&B
Education
Recognised hospitality related Degree or equivalent (Essential)At least 4 years experience in a managerial role in a 4/5-star safari lodge operation
