Full job descriptionLarge Resort in the Drakensburg seeking an Experienced Assistant F&B ManagerGrade 12 (NQF4) Minimum. A Hospitality Management Diploma or related qualification will be an advantageMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environmentSolid Computer Skills specifically MS Office, APEX & NebulaEnglish proficiency (read, write, speak)Ability to impliment and maintain strong stock control and ordering proceeduresStrong budgeting and to ensure orders comply monthlyAware of and able to ensure HACCAP proceeedures are followed by all staffimmediateStaff training and scheduling to ensure service needs are provided for and data recordedRSA ID. Drivers License will be beneficial.
