Job Description
A Private Nature Reserve in the Overberg region just outside the coastal village of Gansbaai. Our client offers several dining experiences to their in-house guests and are looking at growing their team with the addition of a dedicated Restaurant Manager who has extensive experience in upmarket or fine dining, staff training and guest liaison in a five-star environment.
Responsibilities + Skills
A broad knowledge of various styles of local and international cuisineBasic understanding of local wines, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffee
Education
Four years of restaurant management experience of which at least three in a fine dining or five-star environment
