Job Description
A Private Nature Reserve in the Overberg region just outside the coastal village of Gansbaai. Our client offers several dining experiences to their in-house guests and are looking at growing their team with the addition of a dedicated Restaurant Manager who has extensive experience in upmarket or fine dining, staff training and guest liaison in a five-star environment.

Four years of restaurant management experience of which at least three in a fine dining or five-star environment
