High end 5* property just outside of Franschhoek is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to efficient and effectively run the restaurant, ensuring the highest service standards are maintained in all aspects of the operation with maximum guest satisfaction. Guest satisfaction in all aspects of food & beverage service.Liaising and hosting of guests, ensuring that all their requests are met and feedback is addressed appropriately.Achievement of budgets and cost controls without negatively impacting the guest experience.Proactivity in maximising sales and revenue and generating new service ideas and products in line with current trends.

Excellent wine knowledge.Strong training/coaching background.
