Full job descriptionLuxury Wine Estate in the Franschhoek region is requiring a Skilled Restaurant manager - Live out.This position will suit Winelands Western Cape based candidates that can interview in-person - regret no virtual interviews. Preferably candidates that reside in Franschhoek, Paarl, Stellenbosch etc.Minimum 5 years management of a F&B department within a luxury or 5 Star hotel OR upmarket luxury restaurant essential. Wine Knowledge is essential as you will oversee the estate's wine tasting room as well.We are looking for a groomed and polished individual with an outgoing and professional personality!Candidate should well articulated and posess excellent inter-personal & management skills.
