As the Returns Manager, you will oversee the returns process and ensure a seamless and efficient handling of returned products.Responsibilities::Develop and implement strategies to optimize the returns process and improve customer satisfactionManage the returns team and provide guidance and supportEnsure timely processing and resolution of customer returnsInvestigate the root causes of returns and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate records and reports of returns dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, quality control, and logisticsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
