As Security and Risk Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible.Key Responsibilities of the Security and Risk Manager:Supports the smooth running of the security and risk department, where all aspects of security and risk are maintained to the highest levelsWorks proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiriesDelivers on plans and objectives where security and risk initiatives & hotel targets are achievedManages the maintenance team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the departmentResponsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
