Full job descriptionHire Resolve is partnering with a company in the Beverage Industry to assist them in finding a Sales Administrator to join their team. This role will be based in Cape Town, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of the sales department.Responsibilities:Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.Assist with sales reports and data analysis.Maintain customer databases and ensure accuracy of information.Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings and events.

Experience
