Key Responsibilities:Take direct responsibility for the profitability of the store by ensuring the set targets are metEnsure staff are taught correct sales procedure and have a good knowledge of the productMaintain a high level of customer serviceAssist customers and provide informationEnsure complaints from customers are resolved quicklyInform staff of new lines and any changes to the pricesManage staff rostersCoordinate and conduct stock takeKeep and analyse records of sales figures and financial transactions, inclusive of filing.Implement and oversee security proceduresManage staff when necessary

Matric4 - 5 years experience in Furniture Retail environment, 3 of which in a must be in a Managerial/Supervisory roleIndustrial Relations experience
