Job DescriptionOur Client, a Luxury Retirement Estate located in the Johannesburg Northern Suburbs requires a good Catering Manager to manage the Kitchen/Catering/Food Service for their 24 Assisted Living and 16 Frail Care Residents, in their restaurant and if needed to their bedsides.

Education
A Catering Management/Culinary Management Qualification is advantageous. Good Food Preparation Knowledge.
Experience
Own Transport and Valid Driver's License essential essential. The candidate should be a team builder with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to work together, towards common goals. The candidate should be hard on standards, have a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality. Knowledge of food preparation, preparing weekly menus, overseeing food prepared daily. Knowledge on dementia/elderly care advantageous but not essential. Must be empathetic with good communication skills. Own Transport and Valid Driver's License essential.
