The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. This is a permanent live-in position. Description: As a Camp Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our client's camp, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and delightful stay. You will be responsible for managing stock control, bar service, guest activities, and overall hospitality. You will also handle the maintenance of the camp's appearance, drive community development projects, and manage reservations and bookings. Your leadership will inspire and develop the staff, and your financial acumen will ensure the camp's budgets and finances are effectively managed.
