Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a dedicated Duty Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences at our esteemed client, our Luxury Hotel.Overview: As Duty Manager, you'll be instrumental in maintaining guest satisfaction and the efficient functioning of the hotel.Your Contribution:Oversee hotel shifts, ensuring smooth operations.Support the Front Office Manager with reception duties as needed.Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of public areas.Assist guests with property orientation and rooming.Provide top-notch concierge services, including reservations and transfers.Collaborate with team members to ensure a coordinated guest experience.Promptly report and address maintenance issues.Conduct property site inspections as required.Complete administrative tasks and reports accurately.Update property management systems and manage billing processes.Actively work towards improving guest feedback scores.Uphold service and quality standards while promoting property services.Anticipate and respond to guest needs and feedback effectively.Handle complaints promptly and according to company policy.
