Full job description Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for a luxury establishment in Madikwe Game ReserveRequirements:Minimum 7 years experience in a Food & Beverage managerial role within a 5-star luxury lodge or hotel environment.Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet management.Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field.Computer literate with proficiency in hospitality management software.Fluent in English, both verbal and written.Professional and polished appearance with exceptional communication skills.Valid driver’s license.Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for the Hospitality Industry.
