Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our exceptional properties in the Okavango Delta & Chobe Region. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of electrical equipment across our camps, including solar plants, generators, water systems, and sewage treatment plants. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of water pumps, boreholes, and wells. You'll play a crucial role in managing water and power budgets, formulating upgrade recommendations, and overseeing maintenance projects. Your contribution will have a direct impact on the guest experience and the sustainability of our properties.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Diploma or degree in electrical and mechanical engineering.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
