The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient management.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.Manage and train staff to maintain operational excellence.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and cost controls.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
