Full job descriptionWine Estate close to Stellenbosch is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for their very busy onsite restaurant (seating 140-160 pax). The main responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos by coordinating a variety of activities.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operationsDeliver superior service and maximize guest satisfactionRespond efficiently and accurately to guest complaintsOrganize rosters and supervise shiftsEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsEngage with the guests and responding to their needs as requiredResponsible for stock flow and budgetingManage all staff related issues, such as performance management, disciplinary issues, grievances etc with the HR department
