Job Description
The role requires you to provide Private Banking and Advisory channel product support face-to-face, telephonically or via other media and to ensure that front-line staff queries relating to client interactions, are timeously attended to, and resolved.Are you someone who can: Manage & drive sales and referral performance within the Private Banking and Advisory channel.Manage & execute campaigns to drive sales within the Private Banking and Advisory channel.Coach & train front line staff on Short Term Insurance products, sales positioning, and after-sales.Trouble-shoot and assist with queries and escalations.Manage & build stakeholder relationships within FNB Short Term Insurance, Private Banking & Advisory, and other relevant teams.Measure and track sales performance.
