Full job descriptionUpmarket Restaurant / Bar in Bryanston has a senior management position available. Will consider candidates with 6 or more years Restaurant management experience. Looking for candidates with strong front of house management abilities as well as knowledge of back of house management. Applicants must be well spoken with good customer relations skills and must have the ability to deal with customer queries / complaints.Must be skilled in cash up reconciliation, stock management, opening & closing procedures. Candidates with a passion for Restaurants preferred. All references must be contactable. The role is ideal for energetic, passionate, and ambitious candidates.Must be able to lead a team and train staff. Salary 16 - 18 K net plus performance incentives.
